Position Summary:
The Wall Panel Fabricator is a full-time position responsible for building and pre-assembling wall panels. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently in a small team environment. Experience in carpentry or framing is preferred but not required.

Cut and pre-assemble wall panels
Work collaboratively with a small production team
Follow safety, quality, and production standards
Use sound judgment and attention to detail in daily tasks
Support a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
