• Present outstanding product knowledge across all FIVE dining concepts. 🍸
• Address guest concerns promptly and escalate when necessary. 📣
• Process billing and payments according to FIVE’s control standards. 💳
• Support immersive events, setups, and exclusive FIVE experiences. 🎉
• Maintain hygiene, table setup, and overall venue ambiance at top-tier standards. 🧼
• Apply creative upselling techniques to elevate both revenue and guest satisfaction. 🔝
• Participate in meetings and tailored training to enhance service excellence. 🎓
Experience
• 1–2 years in a luxury hotel environment (preferred). 📅
