Job Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate daily work of technicians and workers. 👷♂️
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure quality workmanship. ✔️
• Conduct site inspections and verify job completion. 🔍
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and proper PPE use. 🛡️
• Assist in solving technical issues and guide teams on-site. 🧰
• Coordinate materials, tools, and required equipment. 📦
• Report daily activities and issues to the supervisor/engineer. 📝
• Ensure timely completion of all assigned work. ⏱️
Experience
• Proven experience supervising technical teams in maintenance, construction, or facility operations. 📅
Salary
• From QAR 2,800 per month. 💰
Location
• Doha, Qatar. 📍
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of MEP, civil, or related trades. 🛠️
• Ability to read drawings, work orders, and job instructions. 📄
• Effective communication and leadership skills. 🗣️
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and PPE guidelines. 🦺
• Capable of preparing reports and coordinating with supervisors/engineers. 📘
• Reliable, disciplined, and able to manage manpower effectively. 🔧
• Valid Qatar Driving License required. 🚗
