Job Responsibilities
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on elevators and escalators. 🔧
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues. ⚡
• Conduct routine safety checks and inspections. 🛡️
• Respond quickly to breakdowns and perform urgent repairs. 🚨
• Maintain accurate service and maintenance records. 📝
• Communicate technical findings to supervisors and clients. 📢
• Follow company policies, Qatar Civil Defense, and safety standards. 📘
• Report spare part requirements or major repair needs. 🧩
• Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new units. 🏗️
Experience
• Minimum 2 years of elevator & escalator maintenance experience (GCC preferred). 📅
Salary
• QAR 1,500 – QAR 2,000 per month. 💰
Location
• Doha, Qatar. 📍
Qualifications
• Diploma/ITI in Electrical or Mechanical fields. 🎓
• Experience with brands like KONE, OTIS, Schindler, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, etc. 🛗
• Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams. 📄
• Strong understanding of electrical circuits and safety devices. ⚙️
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance tools and schedules. 🧰
• Locally available candidates preferred; overseas candidates also welcome. 🌍
