Sharafi Group Investments is hiring an experienced Electrical Foreman to supervise, execute, and manage electrical works for high-rise building projects in Abu Hail. This full-time role is ideal for professionals with strong leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on experience in large-scale construction environments. ⚡🏗️
Job Responsibilities
• Supervise electricians and workers during installation, testing, and commissioning. 👷♂️
• Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure project deadlines are met. ⏱️
• Provide technical support and mentoring to junior electricians. 📘
• Oversee installation of lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, elevators, and emergency systems. 🔌
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and project specifications. 🛡️
• Inspect installations, resolve discrepancies, and maintain quality control. ✔️
• Coordinate with mechanical, civil, and plumbing teams to avoid workflow conflicts. 🤝
• Conduct safety briefings and enforce strict site safety protocols. 🦺
• Maintain daily reports, material records, and test certifications. 📝
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide efficient on-site solutions. 🔧
• Manage materials, tools, and prevent wastage on-site. 📦
Experience
• 5–8 years electrical installation experience, including 2–3 years as foreman on high-rise or large construction projects. 📅
Salary
• Up to AED 4,500 per month. 💰

Qualifications
• High school diploma or technical/vocational training in electrical engineering. 🎓
• Electrical license or certification preferred. 🪪
• Additional OSHA/safety certifications are a plus. ✔️
• Strong knowledge of NEC, IEC, and electrical codes. 🔍
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. 📐
• Hands-on experience with LV and HV electrical installations. ⚡
• Excellent communication, leadership, and troubleshooting abilities. 🗣️
