Tivoli Hotels & Resorts, a globally recognized hospitality brand founded in 1933, is seeking a skilled AC Technician to join its engineering team in Doha. This full-time position supports the maintenance and performance of the property’s cooling and refrigeration systems, ensuring comfort and safety across hotel facilities. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on technical expertise, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a commitment to high service standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
The AC Technician will be responsible for repairing and maintaining all refrigeration and air-conditioning systems, including freezers, chillers, fan coil units, and ice makers. Duties include conducting preventive maintenance, monitoring system performance, inspecting automation and defrosting systems, and completing maintenance requests from hotel departments. The role also involves routine cleaning of air-handling components, checking chill water system output, supporting colleagues in diagnosing failures, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards. Candidates must hold certified technical training, possess basic experience in hotel engineering operations, and be able to interpret electrical schematics. VRF/VRV system experience is considered an advantage.
